I completed my first week of life change today. It feels good to know I'm doing better, but my carb intake is really high. Can anyone give ideas to get it down? Please and thank you.

    Congrats for starting. More lean protein. Once you track for a couple weeks you'll start to get the hang of it! Add me if you need a friend!
