    It's been over 2 years for me. You will never regret quitting. My skin and teeth look so much better. Drink lots of water to flush out those nasty toxins!

    You are liberated! Congratulations. I did this too, about 7 years ago. I was annoyed by the cravings, which would come and go for a month or so, but so happy to be a nonsmoker that I was able to tell those cravings to go take a hike. You will too. Yay, yay, yay!

    Wow, that is awesome! I've never been a smoker, but saw what my parents went through for years trying to quit (7 years as non-smokers now!), so I have mad respect for your week if no smoking!

    Congratulations! As a former smoker I know how difficult it can be to quit. I'm coming up on five years and I actually rarely ever think about cigarettes at all anymore other than annoyance and ew at the smell when a smoker is in my area.
