Hi. My name is Tanner, and I'm the poster child for the freshman 50. Between school, work, my sorority, clubs, and everything else, maintaining fitness has been very difficult for me. I have severe anxiety disorder and I come from a family of naturally very large people, so I understand just how important it is for me to keep myself fit, healthy, and develop good habits while I'm young. However, with graduation from my masters program approaching, I've made a pretty big decision to join the military, and in order to do that, I have to make very strict weight requirements. I'm very excited to begin this journey but its gonna be really slow and definitely rough for me. However I'm really excited about the way this app works, I feel this could be an extremely useful tool in retraining how I see food and my fitness.

That's what I really like about this app, its helpful in retraining for lifestyle choices. You look at food different, there's no deprivation, just understanding consequences. I like it a lot0

Hey Tanner! Congrats on all the hard work you've been putting into your studies! Igained a lot of weight while in collage and a lot had to do with my insomnia and severe anxiety. Plus the fact I love to eat food late at night. Oops! I wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey!0
