Favourite meals?! Help

Just started London Muscle but not many meal plans.. Anybody got a personal favourites they'd like to share?! I'm all ears! Not loosing weight, just adding muscle. Running low on ideas x

  • A great full meal with low calories is first a salad of simply romaine lettuce, cucumbers, and diced tomatoes for added juicyness so you won't desire a dressing. As a main dish substitute, a baked potato works great! It's a heavier food packed with protein that will fill you up without tons of calories. As a dessert, try some chopped berries with Reddi-whip on top. It's really sweet, but has hardly anything in it to hurt your diet. Hope this helps :)
