Lose, sweetie, not loose.
You're female yes?
Nature has designed many women with a layer of belly fat for the purpose of helping to protect the baby growing stuff.
Even when I got quite severely under weight there was still a teeny layer of fat on my lower tummy. It is what it is. Daresay it could be stripped off eventually but I prefer to have boobs.0 -

You need to reduce total body fat. Just don't get too thin... Part of it is just body type. I will never have a teeny waist (It's the straight body type). We all have our imperfections.
thanks! this made my ideas a little bit more clear ^^bunnywestley81 wrote: »Lose, sweetie, not loose.

Progressive weight training and calorie control
Women's stomachs are naturally rounded

OK
with a medical condition you need to consult your medical team / physio
you can just drop fat with calorie control but without having the musculature there then you'll just be skinny .. for a male I think that's a low low BMI personally but it's what you want0 -
I have two herniated discs and I work with heavy weights. You just have to be careful and work with a professional to show you the proper form.0
