Some people find batch cooking at the weekend helpful - it means there's usually something in the fridge/freezer that can be heated up.
Slow-cookers can also be great - throw your veggies, stock, meat etc in at the start of the day and when you're ready to eat in the evening it's ready to serve, and there's only one pot left to wash up afterwards.
Eggs are another great go-to of mine for a quick meal if I get home from work late.0 -
A bulk meal prep one day a week has been very helpful for me. For a while I was enrolled as a full time student, working a full time job & spending a considerable amount of time at the gym. My meal preps were a life saver!0
