Looks like a good app! I have put in my breakfast and what I am going to have for lunch and snacks today, I didn't realize how fast it adds up. And I was going along thinking, I really don't eat much....

    For me it always seems like one meal each day is the one that breaks you. I've found that MFP helps me identify those dishes I need to avoid.

    Yes, and how often do people order a salad at a restaurant thinking they are making a healthy choice, only to be packing in 800 calories! MFP will show you that sometimes the steak and broccoli is the best bet!
  • So true or having a protein shake and realising you could have had a chicken sandwich....welcome to MFP you will find motivation and inspiration here ...I did.!
