    I see that your goal weight is 145 which is a 52 pound difference. and it seems as if you want to lose that by the end of march. I know its more of an over all goal, but these challenges are short term goals you work towards, and one pound differences. I think maybe your end of the month goal should be around 8-10 pound range, and even then, thats if you are planning to lose 2 pounds per month, make it obtainable, in February I didnt and and I got no where and I kept getting discourage, think of what you can do and then add a few pounds to it.

    Haha, no. My eventual goal weight is less 52 pounds. I will be happy with one pound a week.

    I only have about 4-6 lbs to go.

    Loss/gain for the week: Lost 1 lb and also 1 in. off stomach from doing 30 Day Shred.

    Loss/gain for the month so far: Plateaued and have only lost 2 lbs. within the month, want to get back to losing 1 lb. a week.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I find it so hard to stop eating after supper and want to snack on CHOCOLATE into the late hours of the night. It's so hard!!

    Actually my starting weight was 165, so I'm pretty proud that I've dropped 30 lbs. already. It took me about a year to get to this point, but slow and steady is the best approach. :):)
