So I stopped logging my exercise because it adds to my calorie intake and then my mind thinks it's ok to eat a lil more.
Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Anyone else where I'm at with the app?

You can still log your exercise and make a custom entry with what you did, but mark the calories as 0. That way you won't think you can "borrow" some of those calories back.0
