Hi all!

My name is Alle and I'm a stay at home mom in Maine. I've been overweight, very thin, and now I'm battling to not only lose about 60 pounds, but also be healthy and fit. I love to exercise, but food is always a struggle! I'm hoping to get this done, once and for all!
