fiber intake

I wish MFP would measure the fiber intake as well as everything else. Does anyone else count their fiber.?

    It does. You can add it in your diary settings, along with all sorts of other micro and macro nutrients. I track mine instead of salt.

    It does, you just have to change your settings to track it.
