Need Help with Thighs, Stomach and Bingo Wings

Hi

Does any one know any exercise that can help me lose fat from my Stomach, things and Bingo Wings?

I have just started walking for 1 hour Monday to friday.
Hula Hoop once a week for 30 Mins
Go for a run on Sunday for an Hour.

Is this enough?

If any one knows better or can suggest any exercise, please do.

    There is no way to target fat loss from specific areas.

    Not quite sure what bingo wings are, but if you are talking upper arms, then diet (80% of it, sorry but there it is) and weightlifting did it for me. Honestly, I could walk all day and still be fat. Deadlifts and bench press have given me arms like Michelle Obama. Good luck!

    Check out exercises by fitness blender on youtube, I swear they have tons of videos, even some that require no equipment. I love using their videos :):D

    Fitnessblender is really good. You can never get bored as there's always another workout to try, and they don't put music in either so you can run your own as you go. Recommended.

    Also try out BeFit on YouTube for more workout options. It's more advertisey, but there are some nice ones in there. Been enjoying the 20+ minute workouts - any less feels like I'm cheating myself. :)
