one sided fat

This may be a strange question but as the title implies I am one sided fat. I am right handed and the left side of my body is carrying significantly more fat than my right side. Since you cannot "spot reduce", how is it that my dominant side is leaner than my non-dominant side? Should someone who has more BF on one side than the other train the fattier side more or just train both sides equally and hope for the best?

Nope. It's nature. You really can't reduce fat in any given place by working that area more.
I have annoying deposits remaining that are not symmetrical. The only thing to be done is to live it with it, or keep reducing your body fat overall until you don't notice or care about it anymore...0 -
well that kinda sucks. Maybe it will level out on its own.0
