You can always make variations to the recipe, that's the fun thing with cooking. So instead of bacon you can do turkey bacon, you don't have to add the cheddar cheese, you can use fat free cream cheese. Or instead of wrapping it with bacon just chopped the Bacon up into tiny pieces and sprinkle it on top before baking

Darn you OP! I just finished lunch!
Those things look good and I know cotton-pickin' well I wouldn't share any....
I would also eat every single one in one sitting.

Thanks for the food porn though

I didn't want to figure the cals in case they weren't bad b/c I WILL eat every last one. With these, "Everything in moderation" for me would mean "all of these are for me minus 1 for hubby and 1 for daughter...maybe. Moderation for them, not me."
Shouldn't be too hard to figure the cals tho, and substitutes for lower cals shouldn't be hard.

I don't know how to do a screen shot of the recipe/nutritional info for them but I added a recipe last summer, we make poppers quite often, and using center cut bacon and the reduced fat (not fat free) cream cheese, it is about 50 cals/popper. Ours tend to be so spicy that I don't eat more than 1-2, however, I tend to drink a lot of beer to wash them down!

Edited because I forgot my serving size was 3 poppers so yes, these are about 50/popper not the 150 I had in my recipe box.

I buy something similar from HEB and they are the bomb-diggety when I'm feeling lazy. Everything in moderation...
But for a keto diet (which is what I'm following), they are perfect as-is. Bacon-wrapped cream cheese jalapeno poppers. Mmm...
