Day 10 of fitness pal and fitbit charge HR
New here !!! I'm finally committed to loosing weight, reason is I'm loosing it for Me ..place n and simple. Just wanted to feel more energy etc..so far so good how about you??

    Welcome! I've been on here for awhile. Still struggling with the nutrition but I've the got the exercise stuff down ... I think. Stick with it and you'll see results.

    Hi! I've been on here for a little over 40 days and love it so far! I was told I am 'pre-diabetic' at my last doctors appointment so that definitely kicked things into gear for me. I am a carb and salt lover so MFP has definitely helped me keep track of it all.

    Thank you !!! I used to hate hate hate counting or keeping track of every little thing I ate but now its so easy ...so thankful for the support of people going through their own battle!! So nice to hear from u all!!!
