Hello from newbie

Hi everyone . I am new to this site and I have quite a bit too lose. I would welcome any tips , advice etc . I am starting on slim fast , just to give my weight loss a boost. Then I plan to eat healthy meals . I also hope to increase my fitness levels by initially walking . I have been on so many "diets" , losing and gaining. I have now reached my heaviest weight, and I have decided enough is enough.
