what exercises did you do to get you started?

hi oh2sweet! I never exercised in my life and the very first thing I did was a boxing conditioning class. it got me started on my journey and I LOVED it! it's a small group training class at my gym and there's only ever max 10 people (usually more like 4 or 5) so I like the personal attention and the fact it's full of people who are kinda shy and not into being a gym rat. A year and a half later I'm still doing it and also interval running. If you have small group training type classes, give it a shot and see if you can find an instructor you click with0

I started with a wii fit programme - behind closed curtains! Finding small classes at gym is good advice too. They do freestyle at my gym where there are often only a couple of people.
