Are there certain vitamins that we should be taking during our weight loss journey?

    As long as you are eating a balanced diet you should be able to get all the nutrients you need from food. You don't have to take vitamins to lose weight. If you have had some blood work drawn and it came back that you are deficient in one, then you can look at possibly taking a vitamin.

    I agree with Troutsy. No need to take additional supplemental unless you know for sure
    ( through blood work) you are deficient.

    The best sources of vitamins and minerals are from fresh, whole foods. They are readily digestible and easier for the body to absorb in their perfectly designed packages of water, fibre and phytonutrients. Load up on the fruits and veggies and you should be good. :)
