Need to really stay on track to lose belly fat and to get toned ...Let's be workout buddies even if it's online.We can set weekly workout goals etc...

    I'm cutting out refined sugar and flour (with the exception of one cheat meal a week) and trying to weight train.

    I'm a guy and mines all in my stomach. I'm getting skinnier everywhere else except my gut.
