Ok cool, I'm only 6" currently 100kg looking to tone down a bit increase big muscle groups and speed, I have been doing interval training for cardio which is awesome for tonning and speed, for weights I do squats, front squats, leg press and dead lift for a session then for another I do, bench press, incline dumbbell press, incline flies, chin ups, seated cable row0 -

You can mix things up and throw more into the routines, really fatigue your muscles, for the logs throw in leg extensions and curls, for the chest and back throw in squeeze presses, push ups etc, i dont really do arms at all with curls or anything, I feel the get a pretty good workout anyway with everything else im doing0
