How can reach my potassium goal each day? What are the health effects of not getting enough potassium?

Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and meat. MFP entries are often incorrect, especially when it comes to micronutrients. If you are eating a balanced diet, you are likely getting the potassium you need.

potassium citrate, when needed.0

Also, I would suggest that you not take supplements without talking to a doctor and having a blood test. Too much is also dangerous.

Sweet potatoes and white potatoes are much higher in potassium than bananas. Also yogurt has potassium though many labels do not reflect it. 1 cup of coffee has about 100 give or take mg of potassium.

Ha Ha Ha!!! Problem is me. I have this "always up to some innocent mischief" opinion of DBMata. But I'm glad. It saved the wrong link from being public.
