Struggling!

I'm Ashley. I was doing really well when I first started this, which has only been a little over a week ago. Now I find that I am having a really difficult time staying strong and keeping with it. I seriously want to lose some weight and tone up, but motivating myself and fighting the urges is so hard this week. As much as I know one doesn't exist, I wish there was a pill out there that would help me on this journey!
Sorry for the rant. That's all. I hope ya'll have a wonderful day.

You have to take each day as it comes and go get it!0

When you set up your goals, did you put in 2 lbs per week? That's what most new people do because they want the weight off as fast as possible, but you end up with a real low calorie goal. Try setting it to a half pound a week and see if the higher amount of calories is easier to stick to. If you are struggling with your way of eating after only a week, then it doesn't sound like it's right for you.0

I completely agree with you!! I want to do good and be good, and it's not really a matter of not being given enough calories or eating enough in the day. It's just the will power..... Completely in the shitter this week. I wish I could be stronger..... I have the WORST sweet tooth!! * sigh*
But I hear ya girl!

Yes it's really rough sometimes. I'm still having an issue with getting motivated to exercise. I needed to grab breakfast on the go this morning so my calorie intake for the day is almost exceeded. Not good! It has to get easier, right?!0

You shouldn't have to struggle or feel like you're being completely deprived to lose weight. Set your weekly loss goal to a lower number (.5 or 1 pound per week) and get more calories to eat. Don't think of this as some "quick fix" to lose weight. Think of it as a lifelong plan to reach a healthy weight and maintain it with no end in sight. You shouldn't be eating in a way now that isn't sustainable forever, you're just eating a little less of it so your weight goes down.
You can eat whatever you want to eat as long as you eat close to the daily calorie goal. There's no need to give up treats, just eat less of them and fit them into your daily plan.
