So I made this recipe the other night http://www.hungry-girl.com/newsletters/raw/249-low-calorie-fettuccine-alfredo-recipe. I was mildly discussed with it but extremely full and at only around 80 cals you can't beat the full feeling. So last night I decided to try it again but I added some President brand pub cheese (garlic & herb). It tasted like pasta! I have found my low cal very filling recipe for those days when veggies just don't cut it. Enjoy! Anyone else have these types of recipes?

I thought so too until I added more flavor to them. They really become transportation for the cheese to my mouth. Haha!

^ Have you tried to dry-fry them with just a hint of soy sauce? Only adds like 5 extra calories and improves the taste and texture like 10000%. Made that way, I just can't have enough of them! If I want pasta I still eat pasta, but if I want a filling meal I eat those. Ends up being several times a week, sometimes more than once a day. I crave them more than pasta!

(btw: if you use the ronzoni 150 pasta you end up with the same amount of food for only 125 calories more, plus a few extra nutrients. Just some food for thought if you're actually wanting pasta)
