This post is about my husband. (Papadon on here) I am so very proud of him, I wanted to post this!!
He is 51 years old and through hard work and perseverance has gone from around 360 pounds, to currently 225. He has a little ways to go still, but has been working on it, using this site for over two years now.
He is a believer in calories in vs calories out and not restricting any foods as long as it fits into his goals. He started out mostly with the treadmill, then the weight machines. A few months back, he started working with a woman at the gym who is a trainer, and she has generously donated her time in teaching him how to lift. Five days a week, at 4:30 in the morning, he does his strength training, and he is looking wonderful!! He has proven that hard work, and being truly committed can bring about great changes.
