Creating a recipe for homemade chicken broth

Options
Hi--anyone know how to create a recipe for chicken broth? I strain out all of the ingredients to make the soup, so I don't think they are part of the calorie count...

How about Dr. Oz's Total 10 vegetable broth? Maybe add chx to it?

Yeah this is a hard one since there is more colories since you probably don't get all the fat out and the other leftover items. I do 50 calories a cup if I strain as much fat as possible.

Well this is what I do:
take a whole chicken and cook it in a pot with water till the meat is falling apart.
I then save the liquid from the chicken cooking. Meanwhile separate the bones from the chicken meat, put chicken meat aside to use in soup/whatever later.
Place the bones back in the liquid the chicken cooked in add:
2-5 bay leaves depending on flavor desire
    1 whole onion
    3 celery stalks
    3 whole carrots
(fennel if I have some around fresh if not a tsp fennel seeds)
    garlic salt
    pepper
    marjoram
    rosemary
    thyme.
Add about 5-6 cups water so you have 8 cups of liquid to start. Place a lid on and simmer until about 4 cups are left
