I really need to find snacks, meals, drinks anything. I am just starting and I am very serious about this.

If you're not vegan, I'd use legumes, eggs and dairy for protein and satiety. My favorite snack is half an apple with an ounce of really good sharp cheddar (I cut it up into 1 oz chunks when I get it home from the store). Eggs make wonderful quiches and omelets which can be eaten any time of the day. Black bean soup with a salad (don't forget the little chunk of avocado!) makes a delicious supper.0

Tofu is a great option. As is seitan. Just stir fry it.0 -
I agree with using tofu, seitan, and tempeh. All types of beans and legumes are filling, and don't forget about nuts and nut butters. I am vegan and I LOVE this great site with recipes: www.theppk.com0

Almonds are an awesome snack - high in protein and fiber.
My wife and I usually end our day with a delicious parfait - strawberries, blueberries, banana and almonds with frozen Cool Whip and whip cream (you can use non-dairy if necessary).0 -

When I was a vegetarian Greek yogurt was one of my go to foods, beans as well if your stomach can handle them. Protein powders too0

Pftt. I'm an omnivore for life, but your statement is 100% false and offensive. Any eating system can be well balanced and nutritious. Sounds like OP is looking for ways to do that
So, anyway, OP--find a fabulous soup or stew recipe (that black bean one above sounds amazing, I wanna make that next week) that's hearty and full of protein (beans, tofu, seitan). Add fruits, nuts, and veggies for snacks (vitamins and fiber and healthy fats in the nuts, all in handheld form, YUMMY).
If you consume dairy and eggs, Greek yogurt and omelets are a delicious way to get protein in. Add berries or nuts or whatever to the yogurt, fill your omelets with an assortment of veggies.0 -

I'm a new vegetarian myself and I've been eating seeds (sunflower/pumpkin), almonds, Greek yogurt, baby bel minis. I also have found a ton of awesome healthy vegetarian recipes on Pinterest!0
