I don't know yet. My lunch isn't for another hour, and since I forgot to bring a homemade lunch I'm at the mercy of the cafeteria at the place I work.0

My salad and fruit will now be tomorrow's lunch since a vendor took me to lunch...today's lunch was two slices thin crust pizza and a Diet Dr. Pepper0

Skinless chicken breast, broccoli, chicken tortilla soup, and green salad with no dressing
At under 500 calories (per website), I am loving El Pollo Loco on these days that I forget my lunch.0 -
Sara Lee Delightfuls bread with two slices of Sara Lee (purely coincidence as they were both on sale) turkey and one wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. I usually have one serving of Snapea Crisps or some sort of crisp/chip, but I am reserving calories for dinner out tonight. Some yummy-sounding lunches, but the sandwiches work for me to take to work and not have to think too much or end up forgetting to bring something.0

I made chocolate chip pumpkin french toast.0

I had a southwest hummus wrap (black bean hummus, corn, peppers etc).0

Healthy and delicious, thin boneless sirloin pork cutlets, you can bake them at 350 for 15 mins the night before with a teaspoon on peanut oil to help them stay moist, they r 150 cals and 4.5 grams of fat in a 4 oz serving, so u can have a half a pound of tasty pork and some broccoli for under 400 cals and less than 10 grams of fat with a power packed 30 gs of protein0
