Hi MFP had me set for 1530cal that was just to much for me,so I custom it back to 1300,is this ok .

i think it is fine just as long as you don't go under 1200.0

Why don't you start with it at 1530 for 2 weeks and see how you feel.. you can scale it back if you need too.. less is not always better when it comes to weight loss. It's hard to get our minds around eating more to lose. And really 1530 is not a lot of cals at all..0
