Jumping on an outside trampoline

I was just outside with my daughter for the past half hour jumping on the trampoline. I was told that 10 minutes of vigorous jumping is like 30 minutes of a steady jog. Not sure how true that is. But when I went to enter it into my exercise for this evening its not listed. How can I figure out how many calories I have burned within 1/2 hour time.
I was doing vigorous jumps 20 times in reps
then high jumps where I bring my knees up and like cradle them 20 times in reps
i jumped like I was doing skiing 20 reps
in air jumping jacks 20 reps then I repeated it 3 times
I don't know how I would calculate this workout. Can anyone help?
