    Great suggestions here! I'm no o:) myself just before bedtime. I'm also a shift worker which doesn't help as I keep some very odd hours.

    Hot air popcorn popper. Sometimes we give a little spray of coconut oil and dash of salt. Crunchy and takes a while to eat.

    Cucumber with salt, strawberries, some kind of fruit or vegetable you like would be good if you can't stop yourself from eating! or you can make hot chocolate with unsweetened cocoa powder, a little almond milk, stevia and salt for ~20 calories :3
