OMG< easy to make, easy to take, and awesome! Serve over rice or pasta, it's nom, nom, nom either way!

The recipe...
Ingredients
1.25 lb chix breast
Onions, raw, 4 small
Garlic, 1 clove
*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
Chili powder, 2 tbsp
Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Water, tap, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Makes 6 servings, cut chix into chunks. Combine everything but oil and water into pan, and stir completely. Then stir in oli, and water, cook over medium heat, cover until chix is tender.
Serve over rice, over pasta. Yum
Number of Servings: 60 -
We tried this for dinner tonight . Maybe I did something wrong, but we didn't care for it. We felt the chili powder was way too overpowering. I just looked online at recipes for Burmese chicken and the ones I've found (the ones that actually included chili powder as an ingredient) called for TEASPOONS of chili powder instead of tablespoons. If I make this dish again, I might try reducing the amount of that.
