What a difference a year makes! I'm 5'7", started at 214.7 and am now 165.6. Goal weight is 150. Keep working toward your goals and don't give up!

Slow and steady really is the way to go! I know that these pounds aren't coming back on if I eat a piece of pizza or take a week off from eating cleaner. :-)0
