    This is a follow on from the February Weight Loss Challenge I set up. Works the same way - you weigh in every week and set your own goals. Feel free to change the weigh ins to suit your own schedule. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your goals. You don't need to have done the Feb challenge to join in with March.

    Many have posted to loose 10 pounds in a month. @mariamathsgeek‌ I am curious...shouldn't it be best to focus on a pound a week for safe weight loss?

    I think it's important for people to set their own goals....and I'm not an expert so I don't think it's down to me to give advice. Everybody is different - for some, slow & steady (eg, 1lb per week) is best and for others (especially if at the start or with a lot to lose) 10lbs in a month is a realistic goal. Personally, I did the January challenge and set my goal to lose 10lbs but actually lost 13lbs. This was because I was at the start of my diet & exercise plan. Unfortunately, circumstances mean that February was not so great for me in terms of weight loss....but I'm hoping March will be good.

    This group is all about support & motivation whatever your start weight and whatever your goals....so, everyone, please choose what you think is achievable for you....whether that's a few lbs or 10lbs+. No judgement here!
