    Great job, Brian! I've lost 1.8 in 4 days but haven't added exercise yet. I lost 50 lbs. 10 years ago by logging everything I ate.....it works!

    4lbs well done! I'm on a month now, I wasn't seeing any results for the first couple of weeks, I stepped up my exercise to 5 days a week and have clocked half a stone.... Keep going even when the results don't show!
