I lost 4 lbs in the 1st week. I'm amazing that just keeping track of what I eat can make such a difference.Brian

4lbs well done! I'm on a month now, I wasn't seeing any results for the first couple of weeks, I stepped up my exercise to 5 days a week and have clocked half a stone.... Keep going even when the results don't show!0
