How many calories is THIISSS? PLEASE HELP

okay so i had this . its not your typical food but here is it . Rehmannia root, or Chinese foxglove root, or Sheng di huang, or Radix Rehmanniae or 生地 . i tried googling it and nothing came up. so i dont know how to log it. or even if its significant enough to even count but maybe someone knows. thank you

    Why are you taking Chinese Foxglove? It's a homeopathic remedy for stiff joints, hot flashes, low back pain, etc. Too much can cause naseua, diareaha (spelling is horrible tongiht). It's also not goof for folks with gas and bloating issues. The "nutritional value" is negligable.

    I would just log it "as is"... with no caloric content, just to look back and remember that you took it. I can't imagine that the caloric content is significant or worth logging anyway. More important just to be able to look back and remember when and what you took on what day. I still log my aloe, triphala, bee pollen, hydrangea, etc... but again, the nutritional content is minimal.
