    This drives me crazy - and proves, as always, that you should measure your food, not rely on packaging estimates. I've worked for food manufacturing companies before, and while all underweight packages blow off, many times nothing is considered "overweight" until it's an upwards of 20% over the label. Even weighing isn't actually exact, because the recipes may not be 100% exact. Your best bet will always be eating whole foods prepared at home.
