Do you use a lot of fake sweeteners? I get wicked awful headaches from aspartame and Splenda.

Splenda is fine for me, but aspartame is a BIG problem. I end up in the hospital several times before doctors figured out that it was causing brain swelling. Not good!

Are you getting enough calories? Are you hydrated enough?

If you are eating different foods that usual, perhaps you are getting something that is a migraine trigger? Google "low-tyramine diet" for tips on how you might want to eat if you are prone to migraines. I find that some things are fine (example: soy sauce) if I have one serving, but if I have several I tend to get in trouble.
  • sounds like you're dehydrated. make sure you're drinking plenty of water..could be that you're also low on electrolytes..resort to gatorade or chicken/beef broth..both are excellent source!

After losing weight, I recalculated my calorie goal and MFP calculated my goal at 150 calories less than before (yeah, I waited after I dropped 40 pounds to evaluate instead of ten) and I kept headaches for weeks because of it. Once I upped my calories about 100, the headaches went away. Also, if you are going long periods without food could be causing headaches. Might be something to look into.

Agree with others check the amount of food you are getting and your water intake. if you are working out a lot you need to make sure you are getting enough water.

    Good luck!
