I keep seeing a lot on ketosis, but I don't know much of it. What kind of diet is it?0

Oh, not for me. I do a lot of cardio, so carbs are my friend. Plus, I'm Italian, so I love my pastas.0

its ok if training not more that 30-45 minute......and repetation only 6-8. its work for me but we are everydoby different. Every time i los fat and keep muscle in ketosis diet. but Long cardio its not recommend in ketosis diet...0
