Spinach and tinned tomato recipes anyone?

I seem to have stacks of both of these! Luckily the spinach is frozen but would like to use some up. Has anyone got any simple recipe ideas for them. We always have an abundance of eggs too due to our hens so any recipes that could include eggs too would be even better.

http://www.food.com/recipe/spinach-and-tomatoes-209952 I would add boiled eggs to this with fresh lemon, garlic, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese0

Ooh super thank you. I usually use the spinach in a curry but only make it occasionally and didn't realize I had stocked up so much so other simple uses are great..0

You could make some kind of frittata or a spinach/tomato dahl and add some peppers, onions etc with a boiled egg added when you eat0

I used canned tomatoes for a million things: bolognese, soup, tagines, tuna pasta, chili..
As for the spinach, you could make spinach soup? I don't have a recipe at hand but I'm sure google will turn up a ton. Or how about a spinach quiche, or lasagna with pumpkin, spinach and goat cheese?0 -
The quiche we do sometimes ditto dahl. Love the lasagna and frittata ideas though thanks.0

My mouth started to water from the title. These two go great together. Make sure you sneak some garlic in there somewhere; it will compliment both.0
