Summertime Calories

My calorie goal per day is around 1300 calories. Since it's summer, and I have a month off from school I've been able to finally sleep in! It feels so good to get 9-10 hours of sleep a night and wake up at noon BUT I'm a little concerned about my calories. I'm having a hard time making it to 1200 calories a day since I'm only eating twice a day (breakfast/lunch) and dinner. Should I be worried about this? I'm working out around 45 min 4x a week and I don't want to put my body in starvation mode or burn into muscle. But I also don't want to eat just to eat if I'm not hungry.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Thank you!

try adding a glass of milk to each meal,or a handful of almonds or walnuts for a snack. Maybe add some avocado and a protein to your salads. Or protein shakes for snacks.
    Just a few suggestions.

maybe you should eat more higher calorie options, like nuts :)

This is very helpful. Adding milk would probably do it for me!

I love protien shakes or smoothies for summer. Throw some protien powder with strawberry yogurt, and a couple fresh banans with a glass of water or milk into a blender. Yummy. Sit on the porch and enjoy a moment of peace while sipping on a smoothie! If you can't drink it all at once, keep the extra in the fridge and nip on it.
