Hi Everyone,
Currently i have lost just under a stone and a half since starting using this App around a month ago. One major tricky area for me is the Man boob, does anyone know of any good exercise to help reduce these?
Thanks
Gareth

There is no way to reduce fat in any specific area. If they don't reduce naturally after you have lost more weight you might try some body building specific lifting to gain pectoral mass. It won't burn the fat any but defined larger pecs might help them look better. Most likely it is just to soon for you to tell where the fat will drop off. Keep up the good work.0

You must determine if it is just fat or gynecomastia. Gyno could be caused by an imbalance of the ratio of Testosterone to Estrogen. The imbalance could also cause weight gain. How heavy were you at you max?0
