You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. What you are doing is going to do more harm than good. Set your goal to lose a pound a week, hit your calorie goal, get active.

If you're going to pass out, then that's no where healthy. You need to be alert and pro active especially around nursery children. Listen to USMCMP, she's awesome and can put you in the right direction.

400 calories a day is ridiculous for anyone.

Sounds like you're just being too lazy to eat.

Yes, I'm not going to comment further because it will sound judgemental, but I'd be terribly upset if my nursery aged children or grandchildren were in the care of someone not alert. Do read other threads and learn a healthy lifestyle. You will see results immediately in your mental and physical health. Other benefits will quickly follow.

Please stop everything you're doing and go eat something. You're hitting anorexic calorie levels. Your muscles, including your heart will start to deteriorate and you will still be left with a bunch of fat. If you want to lose fat you need to take it slow and do it healthfully. Make good eating decisions rather than how much you're eating to start.
