    You really should take pictures, wear the same outfit. I was complaining yesterday that I didn't see results....well the pictures dont lie but the mirror can so I feel alot better now lol

    Thanks everyone, hard to believe I was almost 200lbs less than a year ago. Unbelievable.

    I see the difference!! Amazing! Great job! Very encouraging! We were at the same weight like a year ago and now we are almost neck and neck with just around 15 lbs to go!! I am getting ready to start zig zagging my calories and doing more boxing and heavy weights! Great job!!

    Thank you. I'm feelign so great today, a friend of mine on facebook asked when I was going to buy a bikini lol I'm not there yet but hopefully by summer.
