I am new to lifting. Only been at it for 2 weeks and I have a long way to go until I can deadlift as much as most people on here.
I have gained 1.5lbs in the 2 weeks I have been lifting and doing HIIT and I didn't take any starting measurements-such a rookie mistake!!
I did however take starting weight pics and have taken some today...
I know its early days but I think i can see some slight improvement??

I see the changes too... Good Job! Stick with it!!
I notice my body looks much better (regardless of the lbs on the scale) when I am doing weight and HITT compared to when I do just cardio.0 -
You're doing the right thing by starting to lift. Looking good! You probably won't notice any significant changes in 2 weeks, but stay the course and eventually you will see lots of good stuff happen. And don't stress about the extra weight on the scale - it's just water retention.0

I can see the changes, particularly in the upper stomach area around to the sides. Nice one!0
