I'm gluten free because of my Hashimoto's autoimmune disease.

    Gluten free for over 2 and a half years, since being diagnosed with coeliac disease. I log every day and my diary is open. I find the GF group too quiet unfortunately. Happy to add other GF people.

    I have celiac disease as well... I don't look for specific gluten free recipes but instead just alter regular recipes to be gluten free. The only thing I have yet to make that I feel tastes normal (like the gluten filled kind) is Stromboli.

    Last year I found out I have a gluten sensitivity (not celiac) that relates also to my IBS. Went hardcore gluten free for 5 months and felt fantastic but since I've been eating a bit of gluten here and there.... Add me if u would like to motivate each other?!
