I'm new to myfitnesspal and I'm very excited. However I am concerned about keeping count of all of the calories I consume daily. do you find this to be really difficult? I have tried so many different diets and I just want to eat healthy. This seems a great way to do it. Any ideas or thought you want to share is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
