i just started T25. Anybody else working through this routine?

    It is pretty tough. I haven't worked out in several years so it is kicking my butt.

    I'm on week 2, its pretty tough but good workout.I usually add a walk at lunch but it definitely works your body

    It's pretty legit. The cardio is all lower leg. My calves are hurting so bad after just 4 days. It also takes allot of rhythm, which is not my strongest suit.

    Tbh I haven't had any pain but I stay well hydrated and I've been doing weight squats for over a month so my legs have built up some strength already. Not to mention I incline walk on the treadmill at least 4 times a week

    I'd say in about another week it won't be so bad on you legs
