What workout have you done today?
Me, I decided to try something different from my current routine and try out different youtube videos to see which suits me best. This is one that I'm currently trying out to perhaps improve my form since I had previous injuries in both of my legs.

I did the climb to the top bunk to clean up the 6yr old's puke workout. Unfortunately I had to do several sets along with the laundry lifts and pull the 3yr old out of the puke laundry pile dive.0
