I have my hubby to take care of these temptations. Recently I "discovered" (I ask my husband to hide any sweets from me) some peanut butter cookies in our pantry. I was walking around them all day, debating to have them or not to have them. And then I gave in - I really really badly wanted them. Started making coffee and just imagining the sweet cookie melting on my tongue. I shared my excitement with husband. What do you think he did?! He grabbed the whole box and ran out the house yelling that he likes me getting slimmer and enjoys my body look hotter and he is not giving any of them to me!

I begged for a bite, but he and the cookies were gone LOL

Vaidaz, I LOVE that story! Thanks for sharing.

EDIT: and for me it would be bacon, but I'm afraid I would run much faster than my wife. So we just don't have it in the house.

    Hahaha - that's awesome!!!

I had to do something similar with the jar of peanut butter. I couldn't stop eating it, every time I opened the pantry it would scream at me to have a finger-ful, so I had to throw it in the bin, but I also had to make sure I took the lid off, because otherwise I too could have been tempted to get it out of the bin, but with the lid off and the vacumn cleaner emptied in there, no chance!

Windexed, Windex the glass cleaner, Windex. That's awesome! You know what that means right?

That you have the will power to lose the weight that you want to lose. If you did it this time, when you are tempted again, you can get past that temptation as well. You can do it.

Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do, especially if you never did it before. If you can put your head to do this, you can be determined to do anything in life. Trust me I’ve been there before. (If you can you can read why I’m here, if not take my word for it.)

Congratulations, keep up the great work. Post on here from time to time to let others know how you are and what it takes to get there.

    Good luck in your goals!

that is AWESOME!!! new item to carry around in the purse when you go out to eat!!!

I couldn't stop eating CAKE the other day so my mom told me to please leave the rest of it for her and my dad. so i felt guilty every time i opened the fridge and wanted a bite... until today, 3 days later, when she told me she just said that to make me stop eating it. then i ate it. lol.

Oh yea! If it's on top it fair game. Ever see that Sinfield episode with George. That's why, if I through it away so I won't eat it I put something on top to be sure. LOL
