Bums, tums and thighs....help!

hello everyone looking for advice, I'm 50 and have to admit I've got comfortable with my relationship and let things go!
I go to the gym 3 times a week and do Zumba, swimming and cycling not expecting miracles but don't see much weight coming off! Anyone any extra information/ help please

    Eat in a calorie deficit

    Work out how many calories you need to lose weight, then Weigh measure and log everything you eat.

    Look at the exercise as an added bonus, it's all about the calories for weight loss. Weigh everything and log everything. Calories can sneak in where you least expect!

    You lose weight in the kitchen

    Progressive weight lifting is extremely valuable to women, particularly those who are around this stage of life ...switch out some cardio and start lifting heavy things and putting them down again :)
